About out cattery
Step into our purpose-built cattery, a brand-new facility completed in 2023 with your cat’s utmost comfort in mind. Each suite is equipped with thermostatically controlled heating to provide the perfect cozy retreat. With a total of 10 suites, accommodating two cats from the same household, our space is designed to meet DEFRA conditions/standards and is officially registered with the Maidstone Council.
Rest assured, all our suites are located indoors within the secure confines of our purpose-built structure, conveniently adjacent to our family home. Our commitment to your cats’ well-being includes around-the-clock presence, ensuring their safety and security at all times.
Inside each suite, your feline friends will find an array of toys for entertainment, although you’re more than welcome to bring their favorite playthings from home. Our dedicated team will actively engage with your cats, providing companionship throughout their stay to ensure they feel right at home.
As a testament to our commitment to animal welfare, we proudly hold an Animal First Aid Certificate, assuring you that your pets are in capable and caring hands.
Convenience extends to our on-site parking facilities, offering plenty of space for your ease and peace of mind. Choose our cattery for a worry-free experience, where your cats receive personalized attention and a secure, comfortable haven away from home.
Free Feeding
Upon entrusting your cat to our care, we invite you to engage in a comprehensive discussion regarding any specific dietary requirements with our dedicated professional, Lesley. Should your cat necessitate a particular type or brand of food, rest assured that we can readily facilitate the procurement of such provisions. Our extensive inventory encompasses a diverse range of high-quality cat food, ensuring a tailored and well-curated selection to meet your feline companion’s nutritional needs.
CONVENIENT LOCATION
Charing is conveniently located due to its short distance from the following towns, which are just a short drive away:
- Ashford
- Faversham
- Maidstone
- Sittingbourne
We are also situated in a rural and peaceful location, which we believe helps our guests to settle in and relax during their stay.
Charing is a charming village. Nestled in the picturesque Kent Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the village exudes a quintessentially English ambience.
BOARDING PRICES
- £15 per day for one cat.
- £23 per day for two cats sharing (must be from the same household).
All cats must have an up-to-date vaccination card, which we need to see.
Vaccination for all cats is imperative to ensure a healthy and secure environment for all feline guests.
By requiring vaccinations, we actively prevent the spread of contagious diseases, safeguarding the well-being of every cat in our care.
This requirement provides peace of mind for all customers leaving their cat at Greenways Cattery, knowing that all other feline guests are fully protected.
